LMBC has three full time pastors, a part-time Music Minister and a part-time administrative secretary. Our passion is to see people have a deep growing relationship with God through His Son, Jesus. We look forward to ministering to you and your family.
Tony Harp - Administrative Pastor
Tony serves as administrative pastor. He has been on staff since October 1989 and ordained in 1999. He graduated from Hallsville High School and has a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from Texas Baptist Institute and Seminary. He and Dianne have been married since August of 1979. They have two children and five grandchildren.

Josh mcnamara - Children's Pastor
Josh serves as our Children's pastor. He and his wife Shaylee, have 4 children; Olivia, Claire, Emma, and Thomas. Josh received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Texas Baptist Institute. He surrendered to the gospel ministry and joined our staff in 2013.

JD Richardson - Youth Pastor
JD joined the LMBC team in May 2020 where he serves as Youth Pastor. He and his wife Bri have two daughters and one son, Charli,Sadie and Luka. He is a graduate of White Oak HS and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training from East Texas Baptist University. He is currently enrolled at Texas Baptist Institute and Seminary.

Kaden Langford - Minister of Music
Kaden joined the LMBC team in June 2026 where he serves as Minister of Music. He and his wife Jamie are newly married. He is a graduate of Henderson HS and is currently a Music Major at East Texas Baptist University.
